Furious Recruitment acts as an Employment Agency and Employment Business. Our purpose is to introduce qualified candidates to our clients for potential employment within the United Kingdom.

2. For Candidates (Job Seekers)

  • CV Submission: By submitting your CV, you authorize us to represent you and share your profile with relevant employers.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all information provided regarding your experience and right-to-work status is accurate.

  • Cost: Our recruitment services are 100% free for candidates.

3. For Clients (Employers)

  • Introductions: A candidate is considered “introduced” by us as soon as we provide their CV or details to you.

  • Terms of Business: All placements and hiring fees are governed by our separate Standard Terms of Business, which will be provided to you before any formal engagement.

  • Responsibility: While we pre-screen candidates, the final decision to hire and the verification of references remains the responsibility of the employer.

4. Data Privacy (UK GDPR)

We value your privacy. All personal data and CVs are handled strictly according to the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. We never share your data with third parties without a legitimate recruitment purpose.
